Customer Service Policies
- New York City sales tax will be added to all shipments with NYC addresses.
- UPS Rates will be added to your order and will be determined by the package weight of your order.
Return Policy
Domestic Returns:
We will not accept items returned with the sales tags removed. Thus, you should not remove the tags until you are sure you plan to keep the item. All returns must be shipped within 48 hours of delivery. Items returned after this time may not be accepted. StarStruckVintage.com does not issue refunds. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will issue you a Store Credit Voucher in the amount of your purchase, minus shipping and handling costs, which are non-refundable.
Please Note: Store Credit Vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issue, after that the credit will be void and will no longer be available and will be forfeited.
In order to return an item, you must:
- E-mail us at returns@starstruckvintage.com within
24 hours of delivery of the item.
- Please Note In Your E-mail:
- Describe in detail any problem with the garment (Note: flaws or stains already described on the Site in the item description are not permissible grounds for returning the item).
- Provide the original order number and the shipping number (available on the shipping slip).
- Return the merchandise via the same carrier that delivered the item to you.

48 hours of the time the Return Authorization Number was issued to
you,

- Include the carrier tracking number and our order number in the fax.
- The returned item must be in the same condition as when it was sent to you; unworn and with the tags still attached.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
International Returns
We currently will not accept returns for international purchases.
